How do I apply with a specific loan officer?
Your loan officer can provide you with a direct link to their application. You also select a loan office on the apply page or find a loan officer on our website
Is your application mobile friendly?
Yes! Our app is available in both the iOS App Store and Google Play Stores. From the app you can submit an application, chat with your loan team, upload documentation, and sign loan disclosures
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
There is a self-service option to reset your password on the login page. Click the "Forgot your password" link, enter your email address, and you will get instructions to reset your password

I tried to reset my password and I'm not getting an email. How can I get into my account?

I am applying for multiple loans or have applied for a loan with First Savings before. Do I need multiple accounts?
Only one account is required per email. Once the account is created you can login and start a new application with the same information
I am applying with another person. Do we each need our own email addresses?
If you are applying with someone with whom you share assets and are willing to share this information, you can use the same email address, but are not required to do so. If you are unrelated or do not share assets each borrower needs their own email address
I am applying with more than one other person. Can we fill out an application together?
At this time our online application only supports two borrowers at a time. If you have more than two borrowers, please reach out your loan officer for guidance on how to best complete the application
How do I start a new application, or switch applications, once logged in?
To start a new application, or see a list of all your applications, please click your initials in the top right of the screen, then select "New Application"

Am I able to see and access the documents I provided already? Can I switch applications once logged in?
All documents that you provide, as well as disclosures and other documents from First Savings, are securely available when your loan is in process. After you close, they are archived and purged securely in accordance with industry standards. To access the documents while in process, click the "Documents" tab once logged in. You also have the option to upload more documents from there
