A little more about me
Scott was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont. He spent a high school year in Brazil through a student exchange program, picking up conversational Portuguese and many life lessons along the way. After graduating from Burlington High School, Scott earned a BA in economics from The George Washington University.
Scott was recruited off campus into a management training program for a regional DC bank. A few twists and turns along the way, and Scott began his mortgage career in 1998. Scott is proud of the many top producer awards that he has earned through the years, as well as being among the Washingtonian’s Top Mortgage Pros every year that the magazine has published such a list.
Scott and Hamilton began working together in 2014. Starting as Scott’s assistant, Hamilton has grown in knowledge and ability is now a full partner.
Scott lives in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC with his husband, a friendly dog named Buck, and a tank full of fish. Scott enjoys puttering around the yard, walking Buck, working out, and relaxing at the beach.

Hamilton joined the mortgage industry in 2011 and has been a part of Scott’s team for nine years. Starting his lending career in the fast-paced DC real estate market, he has gained valuable knowledge in managing customer relationships, ensuring on-time execution of services, and coordinating all aspects of the loan application, financing, and closing process.
Licensed in DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and North Carolina, Hamilton strives to be an industry expert for each client, providing tailored borrowing options that best fit their situation and goals. This personalized and collaborative approach allows buyers to make informed and strategic decisions, which makes the home financing process less daunting.
Outside the office, you will find Hamilton spending time with his wife, son, and his Bernese Mountain dog named Bodhi.
